And word around the town is that the value of that precious ring is somewhere between $2 million and $5 million.

The reason this ring costs so much is because of the main diamond, which is of flawless quality according to Rare Carat CEO Ajay Anand. Laura Taylor, an engagement ring specialist at Lorel Diamonds, told Page Six that the center stone of the ring, which weighs around 15 to 20 carats alone, earns a price tag of $2 million. “Oval cuts are known for their brilliant faceting, which maximizes sparkle and gives the stone a bright, lively appearance from every angle,” said Taylor.

Looks like Cristiano had already picked out the perfect ring for Georgina. And why wouldn’t he, considering both had their minds around tying the knot for quite a while? Like back in 2022, during an interview with Piers Morgan, the former Real Madrid forward said, “[Marriage is] something that’s not in my plans now, but in the future, I do want to. I can see in the future that I think I deserve it; she deserves it.” 

Even Rodriguez commented on this much-awaited possibility, saying, “Right now we have priorities and a lot of responsibilities, although in the future it would be marvelous to become Cristiano’s wife,” she said in a previous interview.
