Will Watson face further consequences?

NHL determined that the hit was not worth a player safety hearing, therefore, Austin will not receive further discipline for hitting his former teammate Motte.

New York Rangers coach Gerard Gallant said, "It was a bad hit. It was the right call. It obviously got him high."
