The New York Times reports Brady is sharing text messages with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. That’s according to Tim Michels, the Republican nominee for Wisconsin governor.

What Governor Desantis said according to Mr. Michels

“I say, ‘Who are you texting with?’ He says, ‘I’m texting with Tom Brady.’ The governor of Florida gets to text with Tom Brady.”

What Tom Brady said on it?

“He always gives me a call and different types of motivational speeches at different times. So now that he’s running for president, he sent me a hat, and he gave it to R.K.K. a couple weeks ago. So it found its way to my locker. ... I mean it’s pretty amazing what he’s been able to accomplish. He obviously appeals to a lot of people, and he’s a hell of a lot of fun to play golf with.”
