As WrestleMania 38 is around the corner, people all over the globe are excited for the event. Before the event, let's take a look at professional boxers who have appeared at WrestleMania over the years.
Mike Tyson was brought in as a special outside enforcer for the WWE Championship contest between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels on their way to WrestleMania 14.
Ali had a big role to play at the inaugural WrestleMania 1 event. He was named one of the special guest referees for the main event bout between Hulk Hogan & Mr. T vs. Paul Orndorff & Roddy Piper.
Joe Frazier appeared as Mr. T’s cornerman at WrestleMania 2 where later on he picked up and slammed Piper’s trainer Lou Duva after Mr. T faced a defeat.
Floyd Mayweather appeared at WrestleMania 24 for a bout against The Big Show to pick up the win with his entourage by his side.
Eric Esch appeared at WrestleMania 15 for a bout against Bart Gunn which he immediately won. Esch vs Gunn was over in under a minute, a result that ultimately resulted in the end of both mens’ respective WWE careers as well.
Chuck Wepner, who once challenged Muhammad Ali for the WBA and WBC title, appeared on WrestleMania 15. Wepner served as a ringside judge for the Brawl for All Match.
