Floyd 'Money' Mayweather recently expressed the amount of money he is going to make each month and all of it through investments as he said his real estate investments will be bringing huge returns as he uses OPM's other people's money.
‘Money’ opened up and revealed that he has invested in a bunch of real estate projects and has already made himself a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Moreover, as per him, his projects would earn him over $300 million a month, which amounts to $3.6 billion a year.

'Money Mayweather' in the past also revealed about working on a billion-dollar deal about which he spoke during an interview with Jabari Young of Forbes. He currently owns "billion-dollar buildings", nine skyscrapers in New York, including One Vanderbilt which is a 93-story skyscraper in Manhattan and is the tallest building in New York City.
