Greg Doucette, the IFBB Pro bodybuilding coach, recently took up the video shared by Hafthor Bjornsson while he was attempting to pull out 750lbs squats. He captioned it, “What NOT to do with 750lbs!”

The Mountain successfully managed to pull out 2 reps using the rod, however, the mishap happened when he was trying to put the rod back on the rack.

Highlighting the importance of storing energy for reracking, Doucette said, “Just because you’ve completed the second rep, it’s not over. Reracking it is just as important as lifting the actual weight.”
