7-Time Olympia Winner Gets Nostalgic Upon Going Back in His Home Gym Years Later

Heath lived in Denver, Colorado, where he trained at the Armbrust Pro Gym, a facility renowned for its equipment and hard-core environment, during the course of his professional career. Many other elite bodybuilders join the gym, which is run by former professional bodybuilder Dylan Armbrust. One Heath fan posted an Instagram story about a recent gym trip. Heath became quite upset after reading the article, and he also made a video on his Instagram explaining his emotions. 


Heath shares his emotions

Lifting weights in the same spot every year causes you to become linked to the location. For this reason specifically, Phil Heath broke down when he read a narrative shared by one of his followers who had recently visited the gym. The author of the novel is also an amateur bodybuilder. He visited the storied gym where 'The Gift' trained when he was in the region and posted, "Home of @philheath," on his Instagram story.

Heath revealed in the caption that this was the place where he shed all his blood, sweat, and tears and it, in turn, made him a champion multiple times. Reposting the video on his Instagram account, Heath wrote, “Where I put in hours of work to win those Sandows.” Heath used to train beyond failure during his prime to achieve a Greek-god physique.
