And their romance just blossomed. Owens has often said he began falling for Simone within the first month, while she’s described him as her “safe space.” After two years of laughter, support, fights, and growing together, Ownes finally proposed to Biles in 2022, on Valentine’s Day, and the couple tied the knot back in April 2023, with a fairytale wedding in Cabo. It’s been two years since their wedding now, and the love and respect between them has not withered.
While right now, neither of them is planning to have a child, it’s quite certain that Biles doesn’t want her child to go into her sport. Why?

As a result, the sport seems to be slowly losing touch, and Simone Biles understands this all too well.
When asked whether she would let her child pursue her sport, the most decorated gymnast denied it flatly. “They haven’t taken accountability for their actions or what they’ve done. And they haven’t assured us that it’s never going to happen again.” She was referring to the mishandling of the Larry Nassar abuse scandal, stressing the need for an independent investigation and lasting systemic reform.
